What is written evidence that he practiced traditional Chinese medicine 2,000 years ago?
I heard of Shennong and Huangdi Neijing, but is there evidence as the Ebers Papyrus, which attests the practice of ancient Egyptian medicine?
I think that is Huangdi Neijing equivalent to the Ebers Papyrus as regards your question. It explains some of the first practices in Trad. Chinese medicine, like the Ebers Papyrus explains part of Egyptian medicine. Although not as old as the Ebers Papyrus, the oldest manuscripts of the other Di Nei Jing Huang are dated between 400BCE to 100BCE. The existence of the Ebers Papyrus and Nejing Huangdi both demonstrate, if you want proof, of the two medical practices in force since 2000 years or more.
